Our Team
A trial lawyer, an attorney who understands juries, an operations leader who keeps cases moving — and a dog who comes to work.

Pedro Krompecher
Pedro Krompecher's career has been defined by rigorous preparation, competitive drive, and success in high-stakes litigation. After graduating high school he played professional soccer in Belgium — an experience that instilled discipline, focus, and the ability to perform under pressure.
A scholarship recipient at Syracuse University, he graduated in the top 1% of the School of Economics, then earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating at the top of his class.
The first part of his career was spent at one of the largest law firms in Chicago, where he was part of a trial team that defended more than 25 medical malpractice cases for major hospitals and healthcare systems. After moving with his wife to her hometown in North Carolina and starting a family, he made a pivotal decision — he could no longer spend his time defending private healthcare companies against claims of malpractice and corporate negligence when he related far more to the injured families bringing them.
“Starting a family changes your perspective on life and the purpose of your career.”
Since becoming a father he has devoted his practice exclusively to representing individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has tried more than 100 personal injury cases and has secured over $100,000,000 in verdicts and settlements, including more than 100 wrongful death matters and complex cases involving workers' compensation, trucking accidents, and catastrophic fires.
“I need experts in specialized fields to make me an expert for the purposes of my case.”
Over his career he has worked with hundreds of leading physicians, engineers, safety experts, and industry specialists to establish liability and damages for judges and juries. Almost all of his professional time is spent in depositions, mediations, and trials, supported by a dedicated team of lawyers, doctors, nurses, and paralegals.
“Preparation is the product of dedication to your craft — exactly like a professional athlete who trains relentlessly and performs best under the brightest lights. In the courtroom, that preparation is what wins cases.”

Dare Krompecher
Dare is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She began her career as a corporate attorney in Chicago before returning home to serve local families.
She handles matters outside the courtroom — community outreach, the Krompecher Law Firm scholarship program, working with damages experts for trial, and serving as the firm's internal jury consultant. Her insight into trial witnesses and juries is invaluable to how cases get presented.
Dare is deeply committed to serving the Hispanic community in North Carolina, offering clear communication, cultural respect, and steadfast dedication to each client's rights.

Stephanie Munguia
